International Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
- After placing an order, quarantine and packaging procedures require approximately 7–10 days.
- Shipping times vary depending on the customs process and logistics conditions in each country, averaging around 10 days. In the event of customs delays, it may take more than 14 days.
- Delays may occur due to weather, flight disruptions, or customs inspections. Refunds are not provided for damage to the plant caused by customs or quarantine delays.
- Photos of the plant’s condition at the time of shipment will be recorded and shared for reference.
2. Quarantine & Customs Clearance
- All plants are shipped only after passing quarantine inspections and are accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate.
- The cost of the Phytosanitary Certificate is $100 and is charged once per order.
- Depending on the destination country, an import permit may be required for certain quantities or species. Please send your import permit to the email address below along with your order number after completing your purchase.

- If an additional laboratory test certificate is required along with the general Phytosanitary Certificate, please contact us in advance.
- Some countries may impose additional quarantine procedures or customs inspections, which may cause delays or result in plant disposal. The seller is not responsible for any additional costs, delays, or losses resulting from such procedures.
- Customers must check their country’s import regulations before placing an order.
3. Packaging & Shipping Conditions
- In general, the roots are treated with disinfectant, washed with water at least twice, wrapped in sphagnum moss, and sealed with plastic wrap. Plants are then packaged in sealed zipper bags to maintain humidity and ensure their health during long-distance transit.
- Minor leaf loss caused by the humidity in the sealed zipper bag is considered normal during shipping and does not affect the plant’s health.
- To protect plant condition, we only use DHL Express (next-day) shipping service, aiming to have the package arrive at the destination country’s customs office within 2 days of pickup from Korea.
4. Returns & Cancellation Policy
① Eligible Return Conditions
- A return or exchange is available only if the plant received is different from the one ordered.
② Non-Returnable Conditions
- Once the plant has passed quarantine, cancellations and returns are strictly not allowed.
- Minor cosmetic damage sustained during shipping (e.g., dry leaf edges, partial leaf loss, exposed roots, or slight root rot) is not grounds for return.
- Bent stems, minor leaf damage, or other standard shipping-related damage is not eligible for return.
- Damage resulting from improper care after delivery (e.g., unsuitable temperature, humidity, or lighting conditions) is not eligible for return.
- Post-delivery changes such as variegation loss or other aspects of plant health are not grounds for return.
- The seller is not responsible for any delays, additional charges, or disposal caused by customs or quarantine regulations.
③ Return Request Process
- If eligible, a return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the plant.
- The following documentation is required:
- Photos of the incorrect plant (from multiple angles)
- Photos of the packaging condition
- Order number and tracking details
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided. (Returns may not be possible in certain countries.)
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned plant has been received and inspected.
④ Refund & Replacement Policy
- Refunds: A full or partial refund will be issued if the return is approved.
- Replacements: If the same plant is in stock, it will be resent after the additional shipping fee is paid.
5. Post-Delivery Plant Care Guide
- Plants may experience shipping stress upon arrival. Please avoid placing them under direct light or overwatering immediately.
- Allow the plant to acclimate in a cool and humid environment for at least 24 hours.
- Using LED grow lights will help the leaves regain shape if they were bent during transit.

6. Important Notes
- Due to the nature of long-distance shipping, the plant’s condition may be affected, but this is not considered a valid reason for return or refund.
- If a plant is confiscated or discarded due to customs regulations, the buyer bears full responsibility. The seller does not offer refunds or replacements in such cases.
- Once a plant has passed quarantine and has been shipped, no cancellations or returns are permitted under any circumstances.
- The Phytosanitary Certificate fee of $100 is mandatory for all orders and is non-refundable.
